What's Covered

Repair or replacement of toilet components like flappers, fill valves, and flush mechanisms
Replacement of mixing valves for consistent water temperature control
Fixing or replacing shut-off valves connected to appliances such as laundry machines, hot water tanks, faucets, fridges, and boilers
Repair or replacement of the primer line leading to your laundry tub
Twice a year preventative visits that client can book to detect problems before they might happen

What's Not Covered

General plumbing checkups or inspections
Repairs or replacements for major equipment like water heaters, filtration systems, softeners, sump pumps, septic outflow lines, boilers, radiators, humidifiers, hot tubs, or swimming pool plumbing
Faucet servicing, including fixing or replacing washers, cartridges, or entire tap assemblies
Drain or catch basin cleaning beyond basic blockage removal
Replacement of pipes due to design flaws or structural deterioration affecting water pressure
Frozen pipe issues, including thawing or repairing damage caused by freezing
Installation or servicing of in-floor radiant heating systems
Maintenance or replacement of frost-free outdoor hose bibs
Plumbing coverage for mobile or manufactured homes
Problems related to municipal water supply or infrastructure

Interior electrical wiring is included, so you’re protected against faults behind the walls.
Pot lights are protected, including wiring and fixture repairs for recessed lighting setups.
All light switches are covered, from basic toggles to dimmers, keeping your lighting systems responsive.
Breaker replacement – Covers faulty or worn-out circuit breakers that affect power distribution.
GFCI outlet servicing – Includes repair or replacement of ground fault circuit interrupters for safety in wet areas.
Smoke and carbon monoxide detector wiring – Ensures proper connection and functionality of life-safety devices.
Light dimmer switches – Covers installation or repair of dimmers for adjustable lighting control.

What's Not Covered

Alarm systems, including wiring and control panels, are excluded from coverage.
Aluminum wiring and associated components are not included in the plan.
Buttons, knobs, and caps used in electrical devices or fixtures are not covered.
Ceiling fans, including installation, motor issues, or wiring, fall outside the scope of protection.
Central vacuum systems and their electrical components are not part of the plan.
Direct current (DC) wiring and components are excluded from service coverage.
Electrical appliances, such as ovens, refrigerators, and washing machines, are not covered.
Light fixtures, including decorative or specialty units, are not included.
Garage door openers, including motors and remote systems, are not covered.
Homes with insufficient wiring capacity or outdated infrastructure are not eligible for upgrades under this plan.
Intercom systems, including wiring and speaker units, are excluded.
Knob-and-tube wiring, due to its age and safety concerns, is not covered.
Overloaded circuits resulting from excessive electrical demand are not included.
Power outages or failures caused by external factors are not covered.
Power surges, including damage to electronics or wiring, are excluded.
Remote controls for lighting, fans, or other devices are not part of the protection plan.
